    Lower must be earth.
    And it makes sence as the Brown is the top 2 pins. Blue is lower one.

    mine is the latest 40 litre anniversary one.

    they may have changed. but i doubt it.
    the cig lighter plug had the brand of the motor/compressor on it.

    i take it you dont have the plug?


    see if you can take the cover off the fridge and see if one of the terminals goes to earth.

    i couldnt tell which colour wire went where because they werent visible on mine.

    connect it using a 1.5 or 2 amp fuse to see if it works.
