    Nothing like the quality of those but we have some pretty special photos my grandfather had from WWI including Gallipoli. He was in the Royal Scots Fusiliers and we have some photos of them all there. Next time I am home I will see if I can capture them and post them. Personally quite moving to look at.

    Not sure how accurant the family history is but I gather that at the end of the war out of his battalion of 800 odd that joined up in 1914 there were less than 20 still fighting fit at the end of it.
