Steve, do you remember the walk-a-thon for the pool?

I know the 5 mile (I still refer to it as that), but where the hell is the one mile? I'm only 40, but I also remember Wimpies (just). I also remember seeing old man Walker moving his cows.

Very fond memories of sitting on the hill at Dolphin Oval with my grandfather as very young lad watching Bunny Pearce carve them up

Back onto the OT, anyone know how hard it is to reline the roof myself?

The lining come out easy enough - perhaps a bit of spray-on adhesive and the right fabric would be worth a shot? A few vids on Youtube also make it look straight-forward enough, particularly on a Defender where it's easy to pull out the ceiling.

Ranga, Helen just reminded me that Janine from Buckleys canvas repairs in Oyster Point Esp. just Sth. of Jeays St. did our Rangie quite a few years ago. It was a first time for her so not perfect, but a lot better than I could have done. She may be able to give you some advice. (Hubbies name is Bruce)

I sure do, Ian. From memory, my school organised a mob of us to raise funds & participate, even though it had it's own Olympic Standard facility. We were such good Cattleticks, hey?
