what the hell is it that you think a couple of quick trips to 80 deg does to alter the goodness of of milk?
mainly it stops the possibility of kids getting Q fever and a couple of other nasties
the trip to 2000psi only puts the cream into solution....
personally, i think the fact that one child has died, means things need to be altered so it isn't sold in containers that look like normal milk in the hope there is little chance that a child could accidentally be exposed to a very debilitating and sometimes fatal illness that is entirely preventable at little to no cost..
