I am equally sure in those very rare cases..... there are several of us that would happily assist to keep those users part of this community.

Why others choose not to stay is up to them....

I think we should be sad to see most of them go, but ultimately it will be a personal choice and it's not up to us to pigeon hole those that choose to leave.
I can't believe anybody with a LR wouldn't get $11 worth of value from the forum .So I for one am prepared to pigeon hole them and assist the very rare cases

I bet most members here have brought a LR World mag or similar...

So the basic subscription fee is great value when compared to magazines.
OTOH, a ten dollar note got me a **** at a pole dancing place.
    Lucky you

Being a relatively new member (joined Dec 2012) I haven't contributed as much as several other members. But access to information on this website has not only saved me dollars, but also God knows how many hours. Being able to diagnose common problems using info on here has been priceless. Eleven Dollars - that's but a pittance compared to the benefits of this site. Incisor - a job well done. I hope this site stays successful and you get some recompense for the untold dollars and hours of support that you have put in over the years. A GREAT site.

For three cents a day you can get information, advice, entertainment, arguments, comfort, sympathy, education and a train load more, available 24/7. Pick the bits you like and ignore the rest. Try that with TV, radio, magazines, et al, for the cost.
There really is something for everyone here, you don't even have to own a Land Rover.
I've met and made friends with people from every state/territory in Australia and Tasmania ()
All this for $0.00.125 an hour, that's awesome.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

I dont get some of the reluctance. No one is saying we all have to be gold subscribers.$11 pa is bugger all. I am currently not working but will still ensure I am a subscriber of some sort, quite likely at current level.
