Well It Has arrived, The Project 77 Series 3 SWB

11:00am Sunday Morning, The project as gracefully rolled off the Nation Wide Tow Truck, and was Driven down the Dirt road to its New Home

The driveway currently resembles a Landrover used parts yard, with the extra two stets of wheels, extra bonnet, axel and associated parts that have arrived with the new toy, Much to my wifes horror 8O

Me and the Boy (Xander 8 years old), were out there straight away, getting it up on stands, removing the wheels , and inspecting and adjusting the brakes. New front shoes are required and a bleed all should be well

Some great positives not noted when purchased, new leaf springs all round and shocks
diff breathers front and rear

Allround a great original example, need to pick up the shoes and a rear axel shaft this week, all ready planning the next week end

Hi River
Your 8yo will love messing with the new Landy. My boy who is 10 has been messing with mine since he could walk. 8)
I think he would prefer me to be into Falcon GTs(brand new ones) but I havent won lotto yet so he has to settle for landys.
I got him to sit in the drivers seat of the Landy on the weekend,he can reach all the pedals and gears so I told him I will start giving him driving lessons on the school hols,he is over the moon.
