If you get woken up in the middle of the night by strange noises on the roof. You wont have to get up to find out what it is. Matt

Fix it V8 supercar style, a sledge hammer and some duct tape oughta do it. Matt

Just caught up with the sad story Hiline, sorry to hear it but glad no one was hurt.

Are the panels bolt on?

I used to forget insurance payments if they were annual, but now have an automatic monthly debit from my bank so I don't even have to think about it now, costs a fraction more but gives peace of mind.

thats what the wife had

but she didn't get paid in time and being a new account for the car
didn't realise it was cancelled for not paying on time

not even a phone call to say it hadn't been paid
not even a reminder

but they took the other payments no problems

Bl**dy typical, there is no customer relations these days, no one looking at the account, realising there are other accounts in that name and a courtesy call to see if all is OK.

Come to think of it there is hardly any staff at these type of instutions as well.
