OK, so correct me if I am wrong, the only reason that the poster knows the person who " dobbed" him in to the council, is " he overlooks my back yard". No chance of the Council actually initiating this fiasco? Bob

Just as well he can't see our ours, nearly 25+ here mind you no one can see ours till they arrive up the top and around of the bend of the driveway.

Now Bobby. For someone who said this is all childish crap and this belongs in a sesame St forum, why does one keep coming back to this thread? I might be wrong but usually when there is only one neighbour who doesn't get along with all the other neighbour's, they are usually the one to cause a lot of the problems. And in my humble opinion he would be the first one I would be pointing the finger at. But that's just my opinion

Gavs point is the ONLY person who could have complained about aspects of his yard which are mentioned in the complaint is someone who could see over Gavs fence into the back of his yard.
I.e the neighbour...

Remember ... keep anything on a club permit on your property unless it's log book is filled in.... You dont' want to get caught out just incase the nutter somehow gets the police interested.
