Can't name the lookout but I think you are up in the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park area, probably looking down on the Apsley River or Macleay River.

I guess that's close enough - Taken from Marys View lookout on Carrai Plateau, part of the Oxley Wild Rivers NP. Northern facing shot looking down the Macleay River to East Kunderang and western shot looking up the Macleay River with Kunderang Ck flowing in from the south. Magnificent country.

The Chandler R joins the Macleay further upstream Baz.
