Spot on Roger. Although you wavered with your Olsen's lookout post, you didn't fall for my cunning trap.

Mt Townsend, the second highest peak in Australia. Not quite the best - I'm comfortable with that.

Where to now?

Back to a unique 'hut' in a somewhat drier area. This property was fully functional when I passed by in 1983 but had been recently vacated when this photo was taken in 2007. Each trip I was on my way home from Birdsville.
What's the name of the property that this meat house is on and where is it located?

I've got no idea about this one but my first thought was somewhere in south west QLD or north west NSW. Your added clue now suggests I may be in the right area. So to get the ball rolling, are we in south west QLD?

You're usually pretty good at identifying areas Jon and once again you are correct, it is in SW Qld.
