    A2 Milk

    anyone here drink?
    notice any different drinking it?

normally i drink the cheap coles milk cause i drink about 14l a week.

a week or two ago coles were out, so i got some A2 milk.

similar taste, maybe slightly thicker/slightly less watered down.

but the real difference i've noticed is that it puts me to sleep. i have a hot cup before bed and i can fall asleep in 5min and i get a better sleep.

i had a cup in the afternoon at work, and i fell asleep at my desk!!!

    whats your experience?

It is not, is a type of milk selected from cows that natural genetic produce this type of milk which it has different type of proteins.

A1 milk has beta casomorphin-7 which it is believed to be the cause of many health issues including bloating and inflammation plus sleeping disorders of those that are allergic to this component.

If you want real milk try and source Jersey milk. Nothing tastes as good. When we were kids we used to walk across the farm paddocks behind us to collect a flagon of full cream Jersey milk. Other milk tastes like water in comparison.

Just joking but what do you call it when the farmer selects cows for their specifc genetic qualites and only breeds them?

Over 20 litres a week here, better than grog or coke.
