National 4x4 Show Thread II- Half Price Tickets!

Hi guys. I just got back from my local club meeting and the National 4wd Show sent out a promotion whereby you get half price tickets if you buy more than 10 as a club. Our club couldnt get enough members to go to take advantage of the offer, so i grabbed the promotion.

I need numbers, ok, what i need is a list of people who will be going, then i will collect payments off everyone, money order or direct to my bank account will do and then i will order the tickets on my credit card and distribute them on the day.

Here are the prices and the discount prices if we take up the offer.

Adult- $15.00 now $7.50
Child (5-15)- $7.00 now $3.50
Family (not sure but i assume thats 2 adults 2 kids)- $38.00 now $19.00

This is a great offer and as a group we can save quite a bit so if you are planning to come let me know, either on the thread or via PM and we can arrange the payment. This has to be done and sent to them by the 3rd of June.

We also need to organise the day that we are going to go, I think some people coulnt make it on the saturday so we decided sunday the 26th of June was the day we would go. Is 10:00am to early. If some people will get there late, i can give them my mobile and they can ring me and i will meet them at the gate to give them their ticket. Also those who cant go on the sunday but plan to go on the saturday, or even the friday, let me know and i will get your ticket(s) half price and post them to you. Matt

Ok guys, i need to know numbers in the next week or so, then people can get their money to me and i can order the tickets, as i said in the above post I need to have the letter to them by the 3rd of next month. Matt

Come on guys, half price tickets, i know from the other thread that plenty of people are going, i just need people to tell me how many tickets they need. Also please tell me if you need adult tickets and child tickets, or a family ticket etc, dont just say "get me two" as i will take this to mean adult and you will be required to pay for adult tickets. Matt
