Is it me or are others the same sad cases

I sold my Range Rover today, watching her drive off with all those good off and on road memories was quite sad
RIP my 86 beauty.. I had her 4years and got what I paid for her back in the sale.
All those hours under her bonnet and crawling around underneath logged up some good yarns and memories.
I have broke off with women with less emotion.
So am I sad case or what..and they say it's just a car. what do they know. its a Range Rover thing.

No mate you arent the only one. I sold my escort project on the weekend and i was sad when it left the yard on someone elses trailer. Would be more so if i had to sell the disco. Matt

There is a bloke who parks his Range Rover in the same place as me. It's a sweet sounding 3dr "Edelbrocked" job. He could afford something else but seems to value it beyond anything a novated lease could buy.

You could always buy yours back

Why did you have to sell it? Matt

Had the same thoughts when my old Subaru drove away - but she was soon forgotton when I got my Freelander - however having spent the last two days under the hippo changing my IRD and freezing my arse on the cold concrete - at this very moment I wish I still had my Subaru!!

However those disgusting thoughts should disappear tomorrow when the hippo is fired up and we go for a nice long test drive!!

Love is a serviceable Landrover, hell is one that is buggered!!

I sold my 2 door WRX STi. It was one of 399 and pretty rare. I was sad to see it drive off in the distance after having it since new but hey I sold it to by a Land Rover - now that can't be a bad thing can it?

I always have these great ideas of changing the one of the cars for something different. I get the "something different" but just somehow never get around to selling the old one.

To get ready for my travels I sold off 2x Range Rovers (a '91 3.9 Manual modified for off-roading & a '95 3.9 Auto fully loaded late classic) and my Westfield.

I was "emotional" when all of them left with their new owners.

Whenever I buy things, I do my best to let the vendors know they are going to a good home. I plan to send the previous owner a postcard or a photo from the first half interesting place we go in the Disco. I figure he took care of it for me while I was at school still, then uni, then riding murdercycles before I wised up so it's the least I can do!
