Yep I've got the licence and the lights. I did a patch up on Noah's Ark today as well.

What rock have you been under, not only do you need a licence, you need to undertake 25 hours of annual CFE (continuing float education), 6 hours of annual mandatory float training and lodge a Float Plan with FloatServices Australia.

Your water craft has to be inspected every six months by FloatCoverNSW or StateFloat Vic (depending upon where you live) for the correct buoyancy equipment and driftnutting.

As I mentioned for you its StateFloat Vic, there should be an inspector in your local Creeks and Waterways Office.

I do notice that it doesn't have any drift nutting, so you'll have to sort that out

No Nav lights either, so you will only be able use it during daylight hours. :D

I live in Victoria but float on the Murray.
