    Yeah, but Sydney airport is huge too, but you can be at a bar only a minute from your gate.

    Oh, I have. The one she brought me home transcends it. But, I have told her we need to go on an educational tour, so that she knows what to bring next time.. Speyside. Highland.. The Macallan, 25 years old min. More if budget allows. I love the peat you get from the islands, Islay more than Skye, but an intense highland malt is my fave, bar the Macallan. . That said, I'm not about to turn my nose up at any malt; always room to learn.

    The Macallan though, if I only had one choice. Speyside, sure, but unbelievable.
