    Ahh Gladstone park I lived there for like 12 or so years. It wasn't that bad, the shopping centre hasn't changed since they built it tho.

    Breaks my heart every time I catch the ferry to Batam and see the plastic rubbish in the sea. It’s terrible stuff if we can set an example our kids can look on us with some satisfaction. If not we will be judged

    Nooo,, but it certainly made life easy to get around when i wasnt on the pushie

    I do remember hearing the horse drawn milky when i lived in Mornington though

    We had horse drawn street sweeper carts in Balmain, when I was a kid. They would sweep up the rubbish and leave manure behind for my dog to roll in.
    Oh we had trams too (Electric) until 1962.
