We should be selling frozen meat overseas, and value adding by selling the fridge/freezers to store it, and if there is no electricity for such, the solar panels and batteries to power it.
Woke up to a relatively cool , by Brisbane standards this am, only to realise I might actually be looking foreward to cooler weather.
Cooler weather is happening here in old Sydney town. Twas 33 degrees here today.
According to the TV it reached 35 in Sydney itself - hotter than here!
