Posh bastard! We had to gaze wistfully on the teapot from afar & hoped Mum dropped it so we could lick it off the kitchen floor. Then we had to thieve the milk & sugar when she wasn't looking or had gone to bed.

Luxury! We couldn't afford a teapot, so we had to catch a cow in the paddock, squeeze the milk into our mouths, stick a teabag in and then pour boiling hot water from the kettle directly into our mouths, burning our tongues. Those were happy days!

I only drink one cup of coffee a day in the morning, and then it's out of a separate coffee mug, as I find the coffee interferes with the taste of tea. I only use tea cups when I'm having strawberries and cream and cucumber sandwiches, ha, ha.
