Sorry, wasn't prying, just interested in how a bloke/sheila was doing those chores during the day.
Retired, Police or Emergency Services seemed the most obvious, but of course there are other jobs.[smilebigeye]
They do seem to be a great idea & as you know they do work, not that I have used one but watched 'er indoors at it.[biggrin]
My favourite tea mug cracked last week after approx. 15 years of sterling service, so I suppose I will be left with no recourse but to lash out and buy a very expensive Land-Rover branded one.
I'm still using my 1-0-Wonderful mug from about 25 years ago. [smilebigeye]
Yeah, I don't think they make them like they used to. I've only had one porcelain mug crack before, and that was when I tried to warm it up on a gas ring, might be all right on a hotplate, but didn't like direct flames.
