The daughter's partner, a welder by trade, has just about finished making this impressive smoker for a mate. It was designed so it can be mounted in a receiver on the drawer bar of his caravan to be taken away.
The bottle for his next project is shown behind.
Just thought I'd share the pic to make you envious as they produce delicious slow cooked meat.

I take it that it will be mounted so that the temperature gauge can be seen in the rear view mirror, so that vehicle speed can be adjusted to achieve the correct smoking temperature. a blue, green, red coloured gauge might be easier to use.Quote:
