Maybe if you are stumped you could start a splinter group, or are you worried about going against the grain?? (dont be too worried ,their Bark is worse than their bite)
I'd suggest you could start a big group maybe with a couple of branches?

I'd suggest you keep some record of your duties, a log if you like...

If you can remember it well enough you might be able to make your own. I think Nestle bought Hoadley's so they might let you have the recipe. Otherwise, you'll just have to give it up.
