That is not only off the topic but off the planet as well.

I am of the belief that in this massive galaxy we/others live in, that it is impossible to believe that Earth is the only planet that is inhabited therefore others could be receiving signals from here as we may be from those.

We may never know if this is correct & I doubt I'll be around even if it is/when proven conclusively so I won't be caring much about it, unless I will be standing on said originating planet.
