That's very cheap for 10ltrs of oil. Is it any good? Not usually a fan of valvoline products....... I could be persuaded otherwise though.......???
    Maybe....

Don't be persuaded, Valvoline is CRAP! hence the low price. I wouldn't even use it to kill weeds because it probably couldn't do that same as it can't lubricate an engine.

I'd rather use vegetable oil from the supermarket than that crap.

The only oil I use is Penrite, a good Aussie made oil and I have used it for the last 30 years and never had a problem.

Used valvoline on and off for last 30 years and never had any lubrication issues , for double the price i very much doubt that penrite mineral oil is any better.

I use Valvoline XLD 10W 50 in a 350 (on gas) and have used XLD in it for 300,000 kms.

This motor has around 600,000 kms on it since a rebuild at some stage in the past.

Seems to work for me, especially when 5 litres of XLD 10W 50 was $12 at Autobarn a couple of months ago!

Probably wouldn't use it in a Rover motor though.

    cheers, DL
