    Built a go kart when I was a teenager. Got a mate to test drive after we bump started it. I had an early Victa 175cc with a Motorbike Carby. No brakes throttle got stuck and my mate hit a Paw paw tree and broke a steering rod. Dragged it in to the shed welded the rod and the 5 litre Orange juice bottle I was using as a fuel tank caught fire. Sometimes i don't know how I survived my teenage years.

    I like the bit at the end of the article where he says "it's unlikely we'll be charging anybody for stupidity."

    If that law ever comes in you would fill the courts with idiots charged with "stupidity"!!!
