In 3 weeks time I will be going to Nepal, part work partsight seeing, the area that I will bespending most of my time in is pretty remote and hotel type accommodation isnonexistent so I started looking for a good swag The one I liked the best is the best is the ARB SkyDome 2 man as it is out of my price range, I asked ARBif they would donate one and I would then donate it to some poor person that has suffered in the earthquakes when I leave the country.
The most surprising about this verbal request was that is not a problem no question asked nor did they have to think about it the only questions were when can you pick it up. And can you please send some photos of you passing it on. ARB have won me. and a request in writing
The next problem was size and weight Not a problem to Thai Airway a quick email explaining the situation its going with our luggage free. It great tosee big organisation this type supporting this type of thing.
Hodgo
I can arrange 5 ton of second hand clothes if you have room
Seriously though, good to hear and all the best for the trip.
Cheers, Dale
