30min ride time. They don't mention charge time or where the power points for charging are on the beach.

It does not take a rocket surgeon to work out that riding a noisy watercraft in close proximity to them, their boats, or their loved ones in the water may cause them to be frowned upon and asked to go somewhere else.

If I pulled up to where they were operating away from everyone and then told them to rack off they would have every right to tell me to stick my boat where the sun does not shine.

It just sems to me that where ever I see them, it is the same bunch of Habibis hell bent on trying to show everyone how fully sick their souped up Jetski is.

I was never a fan of Bob Carr as Premier but I am eternally grateful for him banning them on Sydney Harbour

I am afraid that it won't be long until they are banned from all popular waterways such as Botany and Broken Bay. maybe they can set aside an area near the sewer outfalls for Jetskis
    Chenz,

I understand your point of view. Habibis are a plague. I could just imagine their faces if someone was on your boat who could speak their language. I am 100% sure that they would have disappeared in a second.

My offer is still valid till 2017

I would say putting peoples lives at risk is breaking the law, but in reality these days, as per dangerous drivers on the road, not much happens unless the police can either make money out of it, or someone ends up dead.

He's not in Australia, and it looks to be a designated course with buoys for him to race around. So not knowing his local rules, he is responsible enough for me.

I thought habibi was a term of endearment. My Arabic is now limited to just a few words. I've forgotten nearly everything I learned at night school in Riyadh.

You are absolutly correct, it is a term of endearment, the exact meaning is "My beloved" but it is being used in a pegorative sense.

I am dead set serious in saying the following--The race described in a lot of the posts on this thread were one of main reasons that the Boxhead clan moved to other climes especially as described in the realm of boating on Sydney waterways. There was just never any peace and quite. I recall being approximately 8ks off shore one day enjoying the best of fishing in the Sydney scene when a small school of these Water Camel riding tools turned up. Lets say once again i couldn't help myself and got stuck in to them. It was one of last straws to break the camels back. However, with all of the above going on in Sydney waterways i have now found myself on the most beautiful region in the world where in Summer the Mackerel are plentiful and obliging and in Winter the Snapper bite and are landed as a regular occurrence. But in all good things there must be a touch of bad. There are a few of the Water Camel fraternity up on the Sunny, these can be bothersome but with a quick word letting them know of their wrongs they will quickly right their ways. Another thing is quite apparent up here on the Sunny all government bodies are very pro-active in the management of the waterways and are quick to jump on them.

I should at this point thank the errant and troublesome Water Camel Jockeys for helping us make the move to better places.

    Thanks and cheers,
    Rob
