    My boss met a local on the sepik river once, who was an ex cannibal. Fortunately now a good Christian
    Anyhow he was saying boss, I've eaten Blackman, whiteman, and yellow man, (WWII) Japanese, yellow man number 1, you can't beat that grain fed(rice) diet.

    Yes they are not all like that but have a huge predisposition to it unless they are very disciplined and organised with diet (some are, some are not). Not just a loading up on lentils, they need quite a range of varied proteins as they don't have access to many "complete" proteins and will need up to 8 different legumes to make it up. And that is just from a simplistic protein perspective.
