There's a song in my heart. You're all lucky you can't hear me sing it.
    Cheers, Billy.

As a car driver .... I am well aware other car drivers have blind spots and I actually try to position myself away from them when that's possible. And take extra care when it is not possible.

AUSTRALIAN ROAD RULES - REG 296

296 Driving a vehicle in reverse

    (1) The driver of a vehicle must not reverse the vehicle unless the driver can do so safely.

    Offence provision.

    (2) The driver of a vehicle must not reverse the vehicle further than is reasonable in the circumstances.

    Offence provision.
Clearly the driver is a knob head and his contact with a superior brand of off road vehicle wasn't enough to cure him of being a knob head.

Reversing car also must give way to others. Which is an automatic fail in a driving test.
