I guess it works a bit like either methanol, LPG or water injection in theory should work.
A couple of questions:
1) Hows does he know he is getting 100% combustion post installation?
2) With the installation he puts a T line into the vacuum line from PVC valve to the carb, this he states is for a drain. Drain for what? With an open T he would loose his vacuum? And where will the hydrogen gas go to - atmosphere?

I believe the theory but not the installation.
