    XXXX Dark Beefy Ale

    Today I got 2 trailer loads of poo cow poo from a feedlot for my vegie garden,it dont half stink.
    Anyhow,I note there is lots of barley in the poo,poo cows must be fairly in-effecient in converting grain to energy.
    So I propose brewing some of this **** for Pedro,will be calling it XXXX Dark Beefy Ale.I gaurantee it will taste better than XXXX and it will have lots of body to it

    The XXXX Heavy recipe hasnt changed in 125 years,,
    and I dont see any reason to change brews just because playing with cow **** gives Andy ideas.

    anyway fourex is made from horse **** and salt , so Andrews brew would proximately close.

    yep, we used to feed calves / steers on rolled barley mix.
    They loved it but did have a particular smell to them
