followed the educators amd dieticians advice a bit, so slow release higher carb food etc...well this thing has opened my eyes to how those foods effect my sugars. Normally i just test before each meal, and generally i am close to what they should be come test time.
So this morning, woke up, levels were about 8, a bit high but not to bad, had insulin, then proceeded with breakfast, 3 x Weet-Bix with milk. 35min later, 14.4., 15.9 as i type 55min after eating.
I never expected such a leap so quickly.
Think i will re jig my diet as i am not happy with that.

I'd suggest looking into a
LOW carb approach. Yes, Opposite to the Good Scientific (?) advice you've been given for years...
