A clean shovel over a fire, does it for me.
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Yep, 329 + 159 for the trolley + 80 for the half plate to do the eggs etc

Slightly worse with the ziegler and brown as that ended up at 599 by the time you could do an egg

All the cheaper coleman travel stuff is gone, no longer available

Did find a nice s/s marine unit that I might mod...

Till then it's the old dual fuel unit...

Have been trying to cook steak on a fullsize webber Q for ten years,, very early we found the only way to get the plate hot enough was to use it as an oven,, wait for the Q to get to 500, place meat on BBQ plate, close lid.
    otherwise it just stews,,

Mine gets too hot with the lid down. I've been toying with the idea of wrapping some of the jets in alfoil.

what about making a heat exchanger oven, then you can cook while you drive. There must some room under the bonnet. Then it's ready when you stop.

My money is on the Baby Q too.. Have had one just for traveling for at least 3 yrs now. It will be built into its own 'outdoor kitchen' locker in the truck.
