while i like the concept of the R U OK campaign i cringe when work get on board each year
it comes across as just a saying for the week or month.........
i generally ask at the manager meeting what if somebody says NO, blank looks, I go on to say its fine asking but we need make people aware that they need a plan if their casual ask become a NO.....only ask if you can actually help the person out.
