We have sent one email,that's it,if they can't answer bad luck.

I have much more important things to do than chase them.

Did mine tonight, took about 20 minutes for 2 adults and two kids
When asked for feedback to improve suggested that there were better hosting alternatives than the IBM cloud.......

Having quoted the top paragraph earlier the problem deepens. I rang again and was asked for my details including address. The lady checked on their computer and then told me that my address does not exist and is not on their computer. I then asked her what happened to my records from the last two census (or should it be censii). The address where we now live has had different residents living here for over 100 years. I GIVE UP. When you voted at the federal elections was the address correct on the electoral roll? If the AEC can get your electoral address right then you can tell the ABS to cross check the census records with the electoral roll. That should prove your address to the ABS.

Yes, our electoral roll address is correct, as is our council address, plus all our utilities. It is only the ABS that is at fault

Im thinking there is not much point in completing and sending it in now as the whole thing is stuffed up anyway.
They will have no idea whats what.

Still nothing from them, but at least the website has started working again, so I used their contact form to tell them that I will be away for a couple of weeks from tomorrow.
