I am now up to seven contacts or attempts to contact them to try and get a form, plus two emails and a phone call to my local member. So far nothing significant has resulted!

Hey John, if they can stuff up an on-line census, do you really think they can manage something as simple as sending you a form?????

We have sent one email, that's it,if they can't answer bad luck.

I have much more important things to do than chase them.

When asked for feedback to improve suggested that there were better hosting alternatives than the IBM cloud.......

Having quoted the top paragraph earlier the problem deepens. I rang again and was asked for my details including address. The lady checked on their computer and then told me that my address does not exist and is not on their computer. I then asked her what happened to my records from the last two census (or should it be censii). The address where we now live has had different residents living here for over 100 years. I GIVE UP. Let them chase me, what else can I do?
When you voted at the federal elections was the address correct on the electoral roll? If the AEC can get your electoral address right then you can tell the ABS to cross check the census records with the electoral roll. That should prove your address to the ABS.

Yes, our electoral roll address is correct, as is our council address, plus all our utilities. It is only the ABS that is at fault

Still nothing from them, but at least the website has started working again, so I used their contact form to tell them that I will be away for a couple of weeks from tomorrow.

You will just be causing some poor bugger to have to follow you up.
    Follow ups started yesterday.
As long as you can remember what you were doing on 9th , I don't see the problem.
And yes every mail out property is documented.( theoretically) except for the very occasional error.
