    Did someone say cannonball?

    What a weekend!
Friday night, left home bound for Rochester. Rain started at carcoar and hardly stopped! Gotta love those nemesis
Arrived about 3am, had a snooze, woke up and went to see Ken to collect my electric leather seats and associated interior bits quick coffee and a chat and we got fitting, and I promptly forgot to collect Basils number plate lights
Seats fitted, hit the road for Adelaide! Arrived at Casa De Basil about 8pm, got to catch up with Mr and Mrs Basil and Mr and Mrs Tombie! Many shenanigans ensued. Next morning, wake up, talk rubbish for a while and hit the road! Brief stop to snoop around some place on the Riverland called Waikerie, was a bit nervous as I understand the cops are a bit twitchy there, ready to fly off their keyring at a moments notice.... Saw a nice defender though
Not too many landies, followed a puma 110 with qld plates and rfsv style mirrors for a while but they turned off, can't remember where. Overtook a very dirty Mexican D4 towing a van just near Mildura, and passed a d1 towing a van across the Hay plains who waved. 2500km, love my new seats. Great to catch up with some old friends and make some new ones

Toxic Avenger and I did Melrose to Orange in one go, that was a few hundred KM more. Big day. Glad I have a suitable vehicle for such shenanigans

Love a good road trip, I find cruising the open road quite enjoyable and therapeutic.

I only wish. Got to stop every couple of hours or so. Too therapeutic for me

No, but that's because there was only one hooligan and it was only half of Australia
