    Best food recommendations

I thought I would try get a list of people's favourite places to eat. I love a good cheap feed especially when it's also good quality but others may like the finer things so thought I'd put a few tags so people know what kind of place it is

    Name: little Taipai food court
State and town: Qld south brisbane area (sunnybank) out the back of sunnybank plaza
Type of food: various Asian eats
Price range: $7 to $14 for your average main meal but can spend more
Recommendations: the Malaysian places beef randang is good
This is a food court on top of a Asian grocery shop with about 8 different hole in the wall food vendors, they even have a little steak house food vendor. This is not fine dining but one of my favourite places to eat in bris.

Sunnybank Plaza has great Asian shops.
I'd throw in any Miss India outlet.
Also the Thai restaurant at Daisy Hill shopping centre is a mother-daughter place we go to often because you can get real Thai not just the watered down for Aussies variety.

Miss India: How good is the cheese and garlic naan? Or the special naan. There were 2 in cairns but both used a pizza oven instead of the big kiln tandoori thing. Still better than you average naan but not quite the same.

Another brissy staple of mine was just up from where I worked in stones corner (greenslopes)
robyn's charcoal chicken on old Cleveland rd. very good value and good food. It's always full of copers and ambos they are Lebanese and do an awesome spicy chicken (they do normal as well) that a lot of Brazilian people I know travel all over Brisbane to get there, Brazilians know a good BBQ.

My staple after work was the quarter spicy chicken, rice (it's a kind of fried rice with mince and noodles and is dam good) with salad all for $10ImageUploadedByAULRO1473893878.785571.jpg

They also do a decent roast it's a missive serving

I had a lovely Vindaloo from an Indian takeaway in Norton St on Wednesday evening. I warmed it up with 2 tablespoons of 'Da Bomb'. By Thursday afternoon I was minus one pair of Bonds undies.
    Cheers, Billy.
