On the news last night a Sri Lankan family from Biloela thats lived there for years and apparently well liked in the community is to be deported.
Yet these Somali thugs get away with this stuff .

No, there's no way we'd be doing that, we do live in a lovely part of Melbourne & have been here for 35+ years......not that, in this day & age, this makes us any safer than anyone else.
The point I was making is that years ago, with a noise like that, I'd have just gone out the front door to investigate,.....this time, I just wasn't so sure I wanted to do that.

Unfortunately Much of the violence and crime in the Cities can be directly attributable to our refugee/immigration policies and the weak as water sentencing by our judiciary that the do gooders and civil libertarians Won't allow any significant changes to.

The authorities will have to do something soon, like give the police more powers. Problems in Melbourne are making the news up here almost daily now. We have enough of our own problems without listening to Melbourne's even though our problems are nowhere near as bad as it seems to be down there.:bat:

You are probably right Eevo, but things can't keep going the way they are when decent people are not game to investigate a noise outside their home,When you import people from warzones who have no job skills, they are quite naturally going to revert to what they know......................violence.

I don't think it is a policing problem as they are rather good at catching these people, Unfortunately the judiciary tend to put them back on the street after they have been convicted instead of putting them in jail or deporting them.
A bit like catch and release on a fishing trip, You catch plenty of fish but at the end of the day you have nothing to show for your efforts [bigwhistle]
