They're certainly males - 76% of offenders are male. Sudanese are only 1.6% of offenders. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander are about 8%. So that leaves about 90%. Allow some for other ethnic groups - 40% of Australians or their parents were born overseas. Still sounds like white males are by far the largest group of offenders.
So, let's deport the white male offenders to Christmas Island, where we already have the Kiwis locked up, and create a safer Victoria. Job done.

Away from Australia, while at uni , I lived in a public housing area. Gun shots most nights , $10 deals in the local shops , what scrared me most was the wild dogs that lived in the ravine , that was the short cut home. The violence encountered was turf war stuff , not once was I afraid . Dogs still scare me big time.
