The "Knob" in the car was typical of someone who thinks they know the law but doesn't!
The Cop had the patience of Jove.
I was RBTed in Doomadgee by a new Copper a few years ago. Had our young Autistic boy in the car with me.
He asked what was happening, I told him the Police were making sure I hadn't been drinking.
Young boy turns to the Cop & says "Dad doesn't Drink! Everybody knows that! You need to learn."
I was a little embarrassed but the Cop took it well.

BTW My old man had me locked up by his best mate the Police Sargent when I was about 9.
Don't know why, I only shot 3 of the neighbours chooks?
I watched that video and was impressed, angry and laughing; all at the same time...
I believe if one of our forum members was in that situation a simple "Do you know who I AM?" Would have solved it...

'El Burro' 2012 Defender 90.
This is an example of where we are and what we can look forward to in the future. smartarses with no respect for the law or those poor buggers charged with trying to uphold it.
The cop should have asked and then asked again, warned him of the consequences and when he did not comply arrest him. If he failed to get out of the vehicle call for backup and charge him.
Let the beak listen to his tripe and slam him for the imbecile and smartarse that he is.
I bet he would have deleted the video as soon as the arrest was made.
To quote the prisoner in Life of Brian "Nail em up I say. Nail a bit of sense into em".
