At least he has a sense of humor , unfortunately you can replace Toyota with any brand name and end up with the same results , wonder if covered by the new lemon Laws .

I would say that the fact he is parking it opposite the dealership with a lemon picture says that he is not having much joy with Toyota warranty.

    Oh what a feeling .

Wasn't there a bloke a while back had a similar list with his Range Rover and won his case in court.?

Think he went and bought a 200 series special order ,his way of listing the faults with the R/R read similar, surely it couldn't be him.

    Cheers Ean.

You've got to admire his strength of Character, most Tojo owners would be whinging and carrying on like a pork chop at a Bar Mitzvah...

His humour should earn him an 'Honourary Land Rover Owner Award'...

Oh dear! Not an unfamiliar story as my son had quite a few little technical probs. with his new 200 series about 5 years ago. Engine drank oil but this was dismissed as being because it was hi-tech vehicle..... what's that got to do with anything?
Then the transmission wouldn't operate until it built up pressure so he had to sit and wait for that to happen.
Servicing was a joke where he was lucky if they bothered to change even the engine oil.
Of course he also had to spend 5 grand to fix the suspension before he could tow his boat but that was only to be expected and he shouldn't have a big boat apparently.....
Eventually Tojo came to see reason after consumer affairs lot decided to do something and lent him a used Pajero 3ltr. for use while they had his vehicle.
3 months later he got it back with a new transmission and they had fixed the engine and that car they lent him cost Tojo 3 grand a month, presumably the charges by the used car division to the warranty section.
Tell that to the one eyed lot on Exploroz and get called a troll for daring to say such things.
    Oh wot a feeling.

    Wouldn't it have been funny...if he'd traded in his (fixed) TOJO on a . . .

    - diesel Pajero.

Late Edit:- His oil consumption is ok...and he's had over 50,000 hits/views and enquiries...
