A few observations:

1. LRH hard luck mate you were caught because the enforcers were there at the same time as you. Many others weren't.

2. The school zones are determined by the RTA and the Police enforce them (in other words don't blame the cops for doing their job)

I'll leave judgements about NSW roads and NSW beer to the (Mexican) experts :wink:

LRH, was the cop mobile and travelling behind you or coming the other way? I understood that they can't check your speed if coming the other way - even with radar.
