See that on an almost weekly basis.
Perhaps not on an angle as steep as that though.
Also used for bobcats and such onto trailers.

Front end loaders/backhoes do it onto trucks too.

It certainly beats going back 100km to the workshop to load the ramps one forgot to load that morning.

The spelling started with a group of Germans men that told their wives they were going fishing. Instead they met at the local bar and plastered on schnaps, when they came home the wives accused them of not going fishing but instead went schnappering.
