I tried to google the image and among other hashtags, "#jeep" came up. Not sure what jeeps have 4 stud though ?

Perception? I'm perceiving four spacers at least as wide as the studs are long; so spaced about 4". There is no boss to take the weight , therefore the studs are both, locating the wheel and baring the weight. All that before the car starts moving, add suspension, braking and steering forces, that's a big ask for four little wheel studs.

Plenty of cars do this, where the wheel centre is bigger than the boss, therefor the studs are taking the full load.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

There's zero evidence to suggest that anyone drove that car with 16 wheel spacers fitted but plenty to suggest a young stirrer posted up a photo of all 4 spacers fitted to one hub, guaranteed to get some old farts in a lather.

There's evidence to say it hasn't been used, it's not broken yet.

Apart from the unsprung weight the compounded leverage .Probably AWD so just the same as adding wheel weights or water in the tyres for traction
