I wanted my dad to get one in the 60s. We had several Daimlers in the family back then, and it seemed logical to me. Old coot bought an MGB instead. He was 50 years older than me. Talk about mid-life crisis. But he saddled mum with a bloody great Majestic. What's wrong with the little Daimler V8-250 Saloon, I wanted to know....
