Most of the owners were off having tea and cake. Met one who was looking over his 1903 Cadillac with a check list. Said had driven 20 miles this morning and needed to check not just oil to have a half way even chance of making it to the destination for this evening. That in certainty over arrival was part of the fun of ownership

I've seen that one before John, it still impresses me that those blokes were lapping the mountain quicker than our illustrious Incisor could, sixty years later, in his Defender. [biggrin]
I'll not name another member, who was amazed at how different the track looked on TV, after he did the mountain in a clockwise direction. [bigwhistle]
