Yes. I rode in one once with a rotational sublux of C1/C2. Even the white lines were scary, but speed humps....?

Only time I have found speed bumps useful was late one night on a back road that was not well lit by street lights. Was being tail gated by a car for reasons best known to them. What they did not seem to realise was that earlier that week they had installed a speed bump just before the only bend in the road. Crossed it at 30 mph in the Range Rover without a problem. There were scraping and crunching sounds from behind me. Also stopped tail gating me
