A sinking Sema4 would have been handy for my old Gramps when the end of his Jetty Kiosk/Ballroom was on fire & lost completely. No kid.

One wonders what the heat source was but now it seems a bit clearer. No mention of a sighting of Steam though.

That'd be the time when I remember Gramps coming to live with us at Torrensville. I recall he was a Herd Tester & brought all his big books & some equipment with him to clutter up the joint.

I guess that would depend on the soap used. Pears, Solvol or good old Sand Soap.
