Don't be so sure. The mule for the Freelander 1 was a van. Also, when they were doing the Hill Descent Control portion of the testing, the boffin in the passenger seat with the electrickery, skipped a few steps because it was going down too slow, and then they ended up going over an embankment after it ran away from them - oops!

Tight enough?
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
When we had our Citroen C4 & it went into for service they would use a impact driver to undo & tighten the wheel studs so the next time the wheel had to come off I would find the drive holes in the anti theft wheel studs had been elongated & only way to get the nuts undone was a cold chisel. Ended up buying hex studs . No one would want to steel C4 wheels anyway , I would have been happy if they stole the whole car anyway .
