    We have our issues here in Melbourne as well. Montague Street South Melbourne comes to mind. Driver of this got locked up.

    I still struggle to understand how he managed that - given he would have been looking at the red and white stripes or the LOW CLEARNACE sign straight in front of him - was he looking at his mobile or something?
