Looking great mate.
A mate of mine used to manage (?) that dam. Not sure how much/far he actually managed it, he was the only one there as far as I know, but he had the house/workshop on the edge there which we stayed at. Great spot.
Took the old girls out again the other day to view a full Chaffey Dam from the western side. Unfortunately the through road is now closed as the extensions to the dam have flooded the road. A full Chaffey is now around 130% of the old level.
Of course Leon performed faultlessly as usual.

I knew the manager back in the early 90's. Probably not the same bloke though. Was an Ian someone.

Colin was the young bloke who we knew there, and by young, probably mid 20's at best. He had worked at several of the Locks down the Murray from Albury where he started as an apprentice I believe, then up to there.
